What about shipping?

US and International orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Shipping costs vary by the number and size of items ordered.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, or your personal PayPal account through our secure PayPal server.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard stock orders are shipped within two business days. Custom orders may vary due to production time. No shipping will occur over weekends or holidays.

What about privacy?

Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell, lease, or rent your personal information to any entity. We will never send email requesting your personal or financial information.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are made to the highest standard of quality. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of our products, please return in condition received for full credit. Custom orders are not returnable, except due to verifiable fault of Patchquestinc.com.

Do you accept international orders?

ABSOLUTELY! On the checkout page, select your region from the drop down box provided. International Shipping and Handling costs will be automatically calculated and added to your total when you proceed to PayPal. Customs fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. International orders will be shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail International
